The Operations and Administration Department is responsible for supporting the work of our elected Leadership Chief and Council, as well as government staff in the following areas: Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Communications.

Our objectives are to:

  1.  Ensure transparency and accountability.
  2.  Build governance capacity.
  3.  Actively build relationships with external governments and organizations.
  4.  Support positive relationships within the community.
  5.  Establish clear and regular communications with the community.
