- Provide employment opportunities for Constance Lake First Nation members within the business or government administration.
- Offer training and professional development to support staff growth and career advancement with the Nation.
- Provide structure and support for workplace accountability.
- Conduct performance management to track achievement of job goals and behaviour expectations.
- Maintain fair, effective HR policies and procedures to minimize risk to the Nation.
